Just listen to your body and don’t forget to breathe into the stretch. If you continue to practice these poses, you will be amazed at what they can do for your aches and pains. Also, I have found that doing these poses right before bed helps to relax me and allows for a better night’s sleep. If you stay consistent, yoga can do amazing things for your health and wellbeing, so don’t be afraid to give it a try.
