Antioxidants & Cancer Prevention

Preparing The Perfect Cup of Matcha
I highly recommend trying Matcha Green Tea if you have not already. It is a very powerful and delicious drink. Personally, it is something that I could not live without! The easiest way to prepare a cup of Matcha Green Tea is by first boiling a cup of water or milk. Scoop the Matcha into the liquid and then mix it up with a bamboo tea whisk. (I have a mini stainless steel whisk from IKEA that works well too.) This ensures that you get a perfect cup of frothy, fully mixed tea. Otherwise, you may notice that your Matcha is not mixing very well. You will then get clumps of the powdered tea as you drink it. Also, if you like your drinks on the sweeter side, I recommend adding some raw honey. Honey is a great source of natural sugar and it complements the taste of Matcha very well.
