Not only did I love his book, but I am obsessed with his podcast as well. Shawn himself is super knowledgeable in terms of health and fitness, but he also brings other experts on his show to educate you on a wide variety of health-related topics.
There are hundreds of different episodes to listen to on the model health show. I have gained so much valuable knowledge related to nutrition, health and fitness from listening to this show.
