If you are looking for a little daily dose of inspiration, then you should definitely give these podcasts a try! I started listening to both of these podcasts this year, and I am totally addicted. I have learned so much from listening to these episodes. I love how these podcasts have the ability to put me in the right mindset to either start or end my day.
Today I want to talk to you about the two podcasts that I have found to be the most beneficial to my life. They have helped to inspire me to reach new goals, given me inspiration to try new things, and have provided new ways in which I can improve my health, wellness, and overall daily life.
Chalene Johnson’s Podcasts
The first podcast that I want to talk about is The Chalene Show by Chalene Johnson. Chalene is an amazing female entrepreneur and celebrity fitness trainer. Her podcast gives you very practical tips for improving your motivation, leadership skills, confidence, relationships, and your health and fitness. If you are someone who is really looking to work on personal development, then definitely give this podcast a try.
Chalene is a great speaker and she is so uplifting and inspiring to listen to. I never get bored listening to her talk. I think the best thing about her show is that you can tell she is such a genuine person and really works hard to help others. Her podcast also has a lot of great interviews with other fitness and health experts.
If you are looking to make a change in your life and you need some motivation, Chalene’s podcast should definitely be your go to. She also has a second podcast called Build Your Tribe for those of you who are entrepreneurs and are looking for strategies to improve your online business. I have not been able to listen to very many of the episodes yet, but it’s definitely on my to-do list!
Jess Lively’s Podcast
The second podcast that I want to talk about is The Lively Show by Jess Lively. Jess’s podcast is another that I could literally listen to all day. She has so much good content on a variety of different topics including: food, money, motherhood, style, relationships, design, career, blogging, business, and more.
Her slogan is “to add a little extra intention to your everyday” and that is exactly what her podcast helps you to do. She does some amazing interviews with experts in these fields and you can learn so much by listening to what they have to say. Since she has so much content on a variety of different topics, I feel that almost anyone could find a topic on her podcast that they could benefit from.
Life With Intention Online
Jess also has a class called Life With Intention Online that is absolutely amazing. It is a five week course that helps you to find your own value-based intentions. The purpose of the course is to help you to start living by these value-based intentions in order to live a more joyful, peaceful, and fulfilled life.
As Jess explains on her site, “this five week course ditches the traditional paths to “hapiness” and “sucess” and rebuilds your approach to possessions, personal habits, relationships, and career from the ground up”. If you have been struggling with any of the areas in your life, I highly recommend giving her course a try. I have found it to be very helpful. Once you purchase the course, you have lifetime access. I plan to continue to use it as I have found that it really helps me to change my outlook on life. I am slowing working on different area of my life as I take the course. I have noticed a huge different in my life I continue to live by my own value-based intentions.
I love listening to these episodes in the morning when I am getting ready, when I am driving in the car, or when I take long walks. These episodes always put me in a good mood. It truly is amazing how much knowledge you can gain from podcasts. Since I am still kind of new to the podcast world, I am sure that I will find more amazing podcasts over time. I will be sure to share them with you when I do!
